Shipping Policy
We offer shipping throughout the United States via UPS and USPS, depending on which service is the best for your order. Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout to account for the weight, overall size of package, and distance the package is traveling. The shipping price may increase should you decide to add more items on to your entire order.
Pick Up Service
What if I'm local and want to pickup my order?
We offer local pickup in Burlington and Durham, NC. You will be notified of the pickup location once your order is complete. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified to coordinate a day and time for pickup.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of all orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. You will be sent a digital draft of your order before it is complete. It is up to the buyer to correct any typos or other errors during that time. Please keep an eye out on your email to approve the digital draft. Failure to approve or submit changes to the digital draft within 72 hours may result in a partial refund as you have paid for designing and that service was rendered. The final product will be exactly what is approved.
